MEET BRIAN
Brian Kozera was born and raised in Suffolk County NY . He is a Certified NRA Instructor who retired from a lengthy, multi diverse career in Law Enforcement in May, 2022. During Brian’s dedicated career, he was quickly promoted to Vice and Narcotics Gang Detective and later to Patrol Corporal. Brian’s vast experience in law enforcement and as a Patrol Corporal allowed him to develop a passion to teach, mentor and also supervise young deputies. It was during this time Brian truly found his latest calling, in the classroom as an instructor! Brian’s fierce dedication to educate others led him to become a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor, a Field Training Officer as well as teaching an extensive variety of pertinent law enforcement topics. Brian is a decorated United States Navy and Army Veteran, who served our country during Desert Storm. When Brian retired, he had a strong desire to educate others with his infinite experience with firearms, and a stout belief in gun safety so he began teaching Concealed Weapons Classes to those who want to exercise their Second Amendment right to carry a firearm safely.
